Day 10! I didn't complete the cleanse faithfully but that is ok, I have found a new food that I like which is smoothies. What I am finding is that at 1200-1300 calories a day, I am just hungry enough that the food I am eating tastes great - it might be because I have moved to mostly freshly-homemade food, but I think it is really that when you are a little bit hungry, your tastebuds are grateful for the sustenance. So, smoothies for the foreseeable future daily. Back to skim milk instead of almond milk in coffee. Focus on the exercise habit-forming. I had a productive weekend, housewise. House is still a mess, but I have plans coalescing and they will come together soon! Happy Monday!
