210.0 on the dot again. So weird. Been 210.0 since April 12.
I’ve decided to cut out the fake sugars - the maltitol, splendas etc as when I started to use them as a crutch (a dash of torani in the coffee, a Elevation/Atkins snack bar here, an enlightened ice cream bar here.... etc) I think is when my weight loss slowed to a stop. Back to just actual low carb foods. Hoping stopping those will put an end to this plateau. I’m so close to Onederland, and this is fully irritating. Lol. :/
210.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I dont think it has to do with the substitute, i was at a stand still, muscle tends to make u gain a few ounces hence the the same weight. i figured that i didnt want to be to toned at this weight so i just walk nd stretch ill exercize 2x a week, im now at a steay 2+drop weekly.. get rid of carbs as much as possible.. u got this. 👍
