Whew, finally. I knew what always got the scales moving for me before in previous attempts at this lifestyle. It sometimes was the derailer, but not this time, this time I used it solely as a tool. I had a “cheat meal.” I haven’t cheated since Feb. 2. To not be a trigger, but it was fine and good but now I’m back to watching and eating LC/Keto. I need this weightloss too much to derail.
So anyway, yay, finally broke my little plateau. Onward!
