http://insig.ht/gm_5428. .... good Sunday morning just waking up just got done listening to my meditation and now want to try to get my riding clothes on I want to try to do a ride on my trainer just to see if I can I didn't get a lot accomplished yesterday because after I cut the grass I was just too tired and was hurting too much in my shoulder the pain meds just didn't seem to want to do their jobs today's plan since to kind of take it easy well easier than usual get some rest and if today is a success and try again tomorrow to start riding the trainer a little more each day that's all I can do try try and try again have a great day everyone

Just did 8 Mile ride on trainer felt great was hard to get on the bike with my shoulder like it is had to use one arm to study the other Farm to get on the handlebars took me 35 minutes to do the ride just did a nice easy simple ride no big rush I was just trying to get my ride in and enjoy it at the same time

ty gaelicgal....meds kicked in once I broke fast...weigh is up almost 15 pounds..in 9 days..but sure some of that is due to meds...trying harder today to stick to food mebu

Have you done any reading on taking tumeric for inflammation? It works for my aches. I understand your situation is far more than inflammatory but just thought I’d throw it out there. Have a good day.

Ty sally...at one time I tried it..but couldn't see that it was helping...but different circumstances this time...may check into it...

Glad you got on the trainer Mike and enjoyed the ride. Check out doing some Epsom salt soaks or compresses on that shoulder. The magnesium from the salts will penetrate the skin and help calm the muscle down. 🙋🏻 I soak in them in the tub for the arthritis in my back almost every morning or I can’t move. 🙆🏻‍♀️ Take care!
