I really don't understand. I've been eating right (trying to get less than 1200 calories)making sure I exercise more than I eat and I haven't lost a single pound!!!! ARG

I cant seem to fit 1200 calories into my diet. I just cant. and I exercise and burn more than I consume. But I have been burning the kilos, so far in 9 days Ive lost nearly 5 kg. Not sure about the theory if you dont consume 1200 calories you wont burn fat. I understand if you dont eat enough you wont. But I graze so that may be why my metabolism is up. Dont know.
