6 ingredients- 1/2 avocado, 1 mini cucumber thinly sliced, 4 sundried tomatoes (not in oil), Bubbies natural ferment saurkraut, dash of black pepper, and a bagle thin. No cooking or meat required. 💥Super fresh and light💥

I checked out the interned for the meatless turkey slices etc. I’m going to order some for me to eat and then some for my earthquake kit. Here in SoCal we have been told that we need to be able to be completely self sufficient for 3 wks, food and water. Water is the tough one. I can store about 40 gallons but the rest is in my storage locker 3 miles away.
