Howdy! Power was out Friday thru early this morning, still I managed to do OK on the diet! The only issue was yesterday--I went canoeing and was out about 6 hours, and I've had trouble finding Atkins food that travels well! I had string cheese and an Atkins bar, but was soo starving at the lunch stop that I ate quite a bit of my significant other's trail mix! I don't think it knocked me out of ketosis, but we'll see! I burned sooo many calories I feel like it balanced out (it was the dried cranberries in the mix that were not on plan, the other ingredients were almonds and sunflower seeds). Any suggestions on what I could take next time?

Wow, sounds like y'all came up with a great activity to bide your time until power came back on. Of course there is beef jerky (really gotta hunt to find a low carb one), 100 calorie almond packs (I really like the one covered in cinnamon) pepperoni sticks, S/F jello cups, Babybel cheese rounds, celery sticks and the individual peanut butter cups (about 5-6 NC), They actually make carrot sticks and humus individual snack packs but that is about 10 NC.
