Had surgery, then caught the flue and then went on a mountain biking vacation. Fat secret was the furthest thing from my mind. But now I am back and hopefully my other two surgeries (gum grafts) don't get in the way of my goals.
105.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
