💥Taco Thursday💥 I was craving tacos today. Whipped up a vegan taco salad with Beefless taco meat and cashew sour cream. OMG so good. Avocado and cilantro, and viola! A little fattier than my usual balanced meal...but not at all unhealthy! 💕🐮💕
