Still doing well. I'm not weighing myself until Sunday and I'm going to try to fast until then, just water, coffee, tea, broth, and sugar free gum. I've fasted for about the same amount of time before and it makes me physically feel so much better. My head is clearer, and I'm not falling asleep at every second like I am when I'm binging. When I get to Sunday, I'm going to transition to a normal healthy diet again. Does anyone have any ideas or recipies to help break the fast and prevent binging? Thanks.
I'm really focusing on how my actions are effecting my body and mind - binging really hurts me and I feel awful, and I have to keep in mind ...this app ost working so well and I can't proofread.
