I overate yesterday. I'm not going to weigh myself until Sunday, and I'll be okay if it's back at 123 or even 120. The only thing that makes this negative is the fact that it's hard to get excited about losing weight that I've lost so many times before. I'm so upset at the weight I am now and yet until I get to my final goal will I feel like I've made an accomplishment. I just have to focus on the healthy process and the low calorie foods that I enjoy.
