Have not been this low in so so long I’m so excited ! Have finally hit my first 5 lbs ! And going for my best 5 smaller targets easier for me to focus on , Got on off the scale like 4 times thinking it was wrong needed this ! Thank you all for you’re support advice and encouragement ... have a great Thursday
175.6 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
