Once again, I am starting on a new journey with food. I actually have mixed emotions. At the time I feel mildly optimistic, but also trying not to give up with despair. I have come to hate food over the years, well, maybe hate is a bit harsh, but I would like to actually feel good about food and enjoy eating. I'm not there yet!
