After losing my first 30lbs I've been stalled foreverrrrr at 160. I keep fluctuating between 160-164 and only once have I gotten to 159 but didn't hold there. Boyfriend and I are trying to switch things up and adding in more exercise but it's so hard to keep up with when I'm doing a million things at once.
Only 44 days until summer! 66 days till vacation... Going to have to step it up hard for these next few weeks. Goal: Break this damn plateau

Maybe try adding some vegetables and salads to increase the nutrients your body can use to help weight loss. I recently cut down on bread and am trying to add the same calories in veggies instead. Good luck!

Thanks, yeah I'm going to try switching up my diet since what was working before isn't working as much anymore. Also doesn't help that I got my thyroid removed so that's probably not helping!
