Well, eating low/no carbs for three days away from home worked! I lost over a pound! I was also more active than usual, and I did miss my morning toast, and a gorgeous slice of carrot cake which I reluctantly passed up, but well worth it not to feel bloated when I returned. And the large breakfast omelets and late night cheese and wine did keep me feeling full. I'd be low carb forever but I'd really miss my English muffins, sourdough toast, meat pies and pasta. Better for me to just count calories, I guess. . .
