I am loving life and doing so well!!! Went to a personal trainer today and he basically kicked my ass....It was a good day and I am excited to go back but I am scared about the pain that will come tomorrow!!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
