I have been feeling awful. Nothing like my usual self. I havent felt at all like exercising and it's driving me crazy. Fortunatly my weight hasnt suffered because of it, but my mind and energy level certainly has. Hopefully I'll start feeling better pretty soon and can start exercising again. I am feeling better today than I have been lately. :)
