I'd love to know how you prepared those sweet potatoes, please!

I sliced the sweet potatoes diagonally and about half an inch thick. I used my oil mister and coated them in olive oil in a large bowl. Then tossed in Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder, parsley, pepper, smoked paprika, and salt (I think that's it) then lined them on a pan and baked at 450 until they looked done. Didnt time it, sorry.

Oh...forgot that I also added balsalmic vinegar with the oil before I tosses them in the spices.
