I have managed to lose another 1lb since yesterday. Tomorrow I shall be going out for a celebration drink for my birthday and it won't be alcoholic. It will then be back to the diet on Friday! I still weigh 10lbs less than my last entry in my SW book of 12.10lbs so I'm happy.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
