Very stressed last night and today. Discovered a huge betrayal in my marriage, but I did not eat my way through this!!! I couldn't sleep more than an hour or two so I did get up and have a small bowl of cereal around 3 am, but it was low fat cheerios w/skim milk and I only ate half of my dinner anyways so I still had some fat grams coming to me :0) At work I kept myself busy instead of reaching for chocolate or some kind of pastry and only ate an apple for my snack.
