Very stressed last night and today. Discovered a huge betrayal in my marriage, but I did not eat my way through this!!! I couldn't sleep more than an hour or two so I did get up and have a small bowl of cereal around 3 am, but it was low fat cheerios w/skim milk and I only ate half of my dinner anyways so I still had some fat grams coming to me :0) At work I kept myself busy instead of reaching for chocolate or some kind of pastry and only ate an apple for my snack.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 June 2012:

I'm sorry about your marriage!! ... I'm sure you'll get over it! I can see that despite how bad you feel preserved alertness to sustain your weight loss goals. I congratulate you! you will!

Sorry to hear hunnie. You can get through this. I commend you as well on your will. Just stay positive with your weightloss because I am sure you need something positive in your life. Good luck ..with everything. :)
