Pushup challenge complete. Gym this morning; Bench Press 245 lbs, 1 set of 6 reps, 1 set of 5 reps and final set of 3 reps. Incline, 205 lbs 1 set of 10 reps and 185 lbs 1 set of 10 reps. Crunches 190 lbs 4 sets of 10 reps continuous. Ran a mile on treadmill in 6:40.
