Woke up feeling better today. Still not completely stable but better then yesterday. Yeah working on getting out of a cycle is tough, but when I actually analysis it at least I am seeing the pattern now. The only good thing is that the cycles are not lasting as long as they once did.
Now yesterday at work was a little rough, but I got through it like a trooper. After work I went and picked up the capris that I had found on Sunday they were only $6 and a size 4!! That actually made me happy!
As for my eating, I had a good breakfast and heavy lunch so I thought I would eat lite for dinner, but that did not go as planned either. Have to keep a closer eye on what I am eating and maybe this weekend sit down and really look at once again what I am throwing down my throat. I really envy those who can pre-plan all their meals, that is something that I have not been able to do. Although I have tried but end up not wanting to eat what I have, and there is no way I am forcing myself to eat it either. Too many years of that. Good ol mom keeps coming up in those moments, if you don't like what I have cooked you know where McDonalds is! No wonder I was so large as a kid! Lol
Well time to get ready for work.
So... Hope everyone has a happy, healthy day.. Much luv to all my buds!!

Size 4! Oh my gosh! You are tiny. Size 4 seems like barbie Doll clothes to me. He-he-he-he-he-he! Planning helps me to feel IN CONTROL. I am someone who lines up the silver ware in the restaurant in a straight row. To "arrange things in a pattern" helps somehow. It is how I "cope." Your weight history chart looks like a vampire leaning over to bite someone's neck. You don;t see that image? I do! He-he-he-he-he-he-he!

SIZE 4...WOOHOO!! :-D That's fantastic! As to the food planning, it's hard to do and you're right, there are times when I'm over what I'm eating. That's why I make sure I cook what I will eat instead of what I THINK I should eat. Nothing goes to waste. But I do still get tired of meals at time. Here is what I used to do....do you have a friend that you could share the food with that will split the cost with you? Maybe even take turns cooking so you get a break? Just like with everything, there are advantages and disadvantages, but sometimes you gotta do something different like that and get out of a rut. I don't see the vampire, though...damn! HAHA!

sizes all depend on the styles... by the end of the day they could of used a belt.. because they were the lovely and wonderful invention of stretch denim... lmao... :D
