A bit about me and everything. I always had a problem with weight but it wasn’t critical just over 5kg(10lb) more when I felt I should be.
In my lifetime there always were a periods of “diet” about 2,3 times a year. I’ve lost what I wanted on an extremely stupid diets like mono diets, or very low calorie diets. As usual after several days, sometimes even a weeks all kg was back. So 2 weeks of dying and then I got everything back. Not a perfect scenario.

This time everything is different
Before start losing weight Ive spent hours on the internet searching for information about body,exercises,macros and food in general etc.
Now when any question appears in my head I’m taking my smartphone and find the best answers. You have to know that not all the information on internet is TRUE.
1st episode.

I'm in the same place as you. I have spent most of my life either overweight or obese. I'm really looking for a way to eat that I won't need to worry about counting calories forever, righting binge eating, and will support long term health goals. I researched and trialed my current "lifestyle diet" for about 6 months before starting it in earnest. Keep us updated on what you've learned and what works for you. :-)
