I've been so busy the last few days I haven't had time to check in too much. I can say that today I'm not feeling too hungry, which is very strange. A woman I work with told me to start each day with one apple and two large glasses of water and I think it's working. I haven't had anything else to eat today, I'm forcing myself to eat lunch, but I'm really not hungry.

Watch, the hunger pains will kick in later...

It's good to try to find out what works best for you and if this does the trick that's great! And it's good that you have a little something for lunch so that you don't overeat later. Good job! GO BLUE CREW!!!!
