Wewh. ~25 minutes following the Health routine on Wii Fit Plus and I am wiped out. I created a combined routine with Health + the warm up and relax sections from Lifestyle and I'll give it a shot in the morning. Now it's off to shower and change into jammies. Maybe a chapter in my current devotional to relax myself before bed.
