I weighed in this morning and I lost no weight. I am frustrated but also know I lost 6 lbs the week before which is huge. I guess the most frustrating thing is that I can never seem to get past 230. Trying again this week. Wish me luck!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The beginning is a lot of water weight loss. Once you get past that then your body has to burn fat. Your calorie needs to be less than what your body actually needs, in so far as calories, fat, protein, carbs, water, sodium, macro minerals, nutrients, etc. Once you know exactly what your body needs, you can work with it. There is a science behind it for some people. Not everyone can just cut calories and drop. I speak from experience.

Just stick with and keep going. It will come off.
