I've tried Jenny Craig, I have tried Weight Watchers, neither worked. I am now combining Weight Watchers Point System with Low Carb. It's working! I'm spending a half hour to an hour and a half a day exercising. Some days I run up/down 30-40 flights of stairs. Other days, I will walk for more than an hour at 3+ mph.
