Missed weight workout last night - forgetfulness. Missed run this AM - Laziness and it's REALLY cold out there. Will have to hit the pool tonight for my punishment.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't be so hard on yourself - sometimes the harder you are on yourself the less you want to exercise. Just try to keep a positive attitude and it will come.
