well yesterday was a more controlled eating saturday after last weekend i don't want to be in the situation of feeling annoyed with myself for pigging all weekend and today yes i did have over my recommended intake but i also did 1hr 40 mins of hard core hilly cross-country running so i gave myself some flexibility on food intake to balance so we shall see tomorrow wether this has worked better.
