Have to step up my game with another 2000 calories of exercise per week to break this plateau. So I will:
- Add a sixth day of cross-fit per week, (currently doing 4 CFs per week, plus 2in cardio workouts per week. - Be 100% on minimum water intake per day (64 oz) - And most important. I must get at least 7 hours of sleep per night!!!!!! - No food consumption after 6:30 PM. - No more than 2 alcoholic drinks per week.
If I do the above and stick to current clean balanced intake, I can bust through the x70's
