Two bad days in a row, one undone by drinking and one undone by a visit to Applebee's.
Today is my cousin's graduation party, so it will be difficult to document everything I eat, and it will be even more difficult to stay within my limit.
I have decided to continue resting my injuries and not run until my next race on Monday. I am very much looking forward to getting back out there, and will have to content myself to do what I can between races. If I can't run 3 miles a day like usual, and can only do 2-2.5, it will be ok. If I have to cut back from 15 to 10 miles a week, it will be worth it rather than pushing too hard and getting hurt.
Off to a good start today (Saturday 6/23), keep it up through Wednesday's weigh-in.
