Started off yesterday doing great, had a yummy homemade haddock chowder then just before I went to bed I grabbed 5 fudge striped cookies. Why? I certainly wasnt hungry. I seem to do ok during the day, its the night time that gets me.

Sat~My day has started off good. Had my morning iced coffee and walked 2 miles. YAY for me!!

Head to a friends bday party shortly. She is planning a mexican buffet.

Get a box of those 100 calorie snack packs for times like that. That way you aren't doing any damage to your diet and still getting something sweet.
