I think I'm addicted to Bootcamp. I complain about it, but it truly forces me to exercise. I have also been eating better because if I'm working out 3 to 4 times a week, there's NO WAY in H-E-L-L I'm going to put a donut in my mouth and throw all that hard work away.
I'm going to keep taking Bootcamp forever.
