I call it, let's see what's in the freezer and let's put it together LOL. It's just a package of quinoa and brown rice microwave at 90 seconds, one can go a black beans rinsed, 1 bag Frozen veggies. Little turmeric, hot sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and a little olive oil easy peasy. Course I didn't eat all of that hahaha
