This weekend was not a good weekend for dieting. It was Deb's birthday. I took her and her friend out to dinner at Tony Roma's and then to a Comedy Club the headliner was Sugar Sammy he was so funny you could see him on youtube.com. Well I am back on the diet path today.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
