I didn't lose any weight during March but my emphasis is eating and.drinking better things. I was able to get rid of a once daily additive Aspartame in March, having it only three times in the past weeks. April I'm going to work on getting rid of added MSG.

Thanks Hallie_Ann for posting about it and having a discussion with Mila. I started looking at the ingredients of my gum and there it was! A lot of empty calories as well for me that can be replaced my nutritious food. Amazing how postings can affect readers!
