So I’ve decided I’m going to fast for 48 hours and see what that does for me.. it’s helped in the past. And I love how I feel after a fast... here goes...
143.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
