I am a failure. I will never lose any weight and will always look pregnant or a muffin top!!!!!
I am trying to get back on track but I had to get that out!!!!!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Don't beat yourself up. Pick yourself up. Dust yourself off. And get back in the race! We all get discouraged. We all falter. Just keep going. You will succeed eventually. It takes time. This is not a short term thing. Stay positive!

Now come on there... don't put yourself down, as you CAN do it! I honestly used to think that way too... but put the past behind you and focus on today. You can get back on the right track and work miracles if you keep sticking at it... but no cheating... right! :o)

We've all been there at one time or another. When I get into a funk, I try taking one day at a time. You might even try 1 hour at a time. You can do it!
