Haven't moved 😒 working out and keeping in my calories, and nothing... FRUSTRATED!!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What type of workout? The day after lifting I usually hold onto a couple of pounds of water. (I think the fluid is needed for muscle repair.) Then the day after that, my weight drops. Other than that, may be you have to lower your calories more. Anyway, you'll find the answer. Hang in there!!

some of this is the fat/muscle conversation - measurements might be changing while the weight might not.

Thanks everyone!! I know, just got to stick with it. I'm a big runner so Cardio is my exercise of choice about 3-4 times a week, and I try to eat between 1500 and 1700 calories. I'll get there I just need to focus and bring some inspiration in the works 😉. Again thanks for the support, together we will all get to where we want to be... Sometime slowly but surely we will get there!! 😊
