I wanted to ask for some ideas.. I need to bring my daily cals up from 1300 to 1700/1800 to make sure baby is getting enough nutrients.. Trying to figure out low /no carb snacks that are higher in calories or things I can add to my diet to help boost my calories.

Something I make regularly to satisfy a sweet craving. One square of 90% dark chocolate, one TBSP of peanut butter, 1.5 TBSP of heavy cream, 10 almonds and artificial sweetener. Add all together and microwave for 20 seconds, stir until smooth, pour into mold and put in freezer. Eats like a chocolate bar and has about 300 calories, with 4 grams of net carbs. Works for a Keto diet but not very good if you are controlling fats.

Avocados and nut butters were the things I used to help get calories in when I was pregnant because they both have good nutrients and fats that help with development but are calorie dense so I could fit them in my ever shrinking stomach space. Congrats on the new little one and good luck on the food journey~
