So it was a big weigh in day for me!I lost SEVEN pounds last week! The willpower is paying off! I didn't think it would happen this week because I entertained at my house and had wine and induldged a little bit. However, I am letting go of those negative thoughts and embracing what I do right! I don't have to be perfect, I just have to be better. This is my new mantra! I am going to stumble-and now I am going to get right back up! Grandma would be proud of me :)
