had breakfast and felt slightly queasy so walked instead of class...talked to Rick and Blake and cleared up a few things...Tai Chi then lunch at home...read a lot and kept falling asleep.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
