2400 Calories a day is where I want to be for the next 8 weeks. I am very comfortable at this level eating all kinds of delcious foods and even desserts.
195 Pounds will be such an awesome weight to be at. I should have my 6 pack back and my feet won't hurt at the end of a long day at work.

Ninteen Pounds away!!!
