Hi All;
I still with the plan. I haven't fell off the wagon yet. It's will have been 8 weeks on Fri since I stated at 228.5 lbs. I have lost 17 lbs to date.. I think that is good because it is just around 2 lbs per week average. I have really slowed in losing weight these last 3 weeks. I started to pay mor attention to my fibre intake.. For a male my age, I should be getting 30+ grams daily.
