I'll take it! With going to 2 different events and not having good choices available to eat. Also did not help myself by eating cookies at both parties. New week time to reset and get going.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are in the midst of the weight loss battle you'll have to plan your eating around events like these, they can set you back a week, and soon there will be an event or two setting you back. Before you know it you'll be heavier than when you started.

A couple of cookies(2) is fine but not when it adds up to be a box. hahaha

I try to avoid eating gluten, so parties can be really tough. My solution is to pre-eat. Then I'm not as tempted to eat food that will derail my progress.

You have to take a day or two off here and there. Don't worry if you gain weight during that time. You can burn it back off. Now I did get a little perturbed at myself the Sunday before last. I gained almost 4lbs. in a single day. I'm still burning it back off.
