In December I weighted in at 240 by March I was down to 219 and kept working and got down to 210. I then started to slack and now I am back to 220 so I started a mini challenge today to get back to where I want to be. I have 3 weeks to get back down to 210 but I really want to to get to 205 or lower. I am going to be using the Body By Vi Challenge shake mix for nutrition and P90X for my exercise. I will make entries on a weekly basis. See you on the scale.
