What do you all think of the additive glycerol ester of rosin? I wasn't thrilled to find it in my drink today. I understand the reason it's used but surely it can't be good to ingest!

Hallie - Even if it is natural, is it something that we should put in our bodies? Is it something you can give up, if need be? Consider an alternative. When I started Keto I decided to stop drinking everything but tea, coffee and water (regular and mineral). I may even stop coffee and tea until I reach my goal weight. Good Luck!
