I loaded up heavily with salt yesterday, and this morning I set a new personal record in #2 visits to the bathroom. Perfectly good quality.
With low salt levels, our body work hard to recycle it. When it feel the need for recycling is not there, it will let go of waste much more easily. (Including excess salt)
I will carry on with salt loading to see if this is something I can rely on. It could be the Magnesium in the salt that is responsible too.
