Depends on your weight and height. Bear with me - try a BMR calculator to see what the minimum calories your body needs just to function. Then Harris Benedict equation to see how much you need for your exercise. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/ Once you’ve worked out this you can subtract 15-20% to achieve weight lose!

What Mhairi said. It depends on your starting stats. As you lose weight, you may have to recalculate what suits you for weight loss anyway. Don’t fixated on the number of calories too much either. Plenty of fresh, leafy veg with some protein and small amounts of complex carbohydrates is the way to go. Get those proportions right and you’ll feel full whatever the calorie count. The proportions are pretty unique to you though so you’ll have to experiment. All the best with your goals!

I know it doesn’t sound like much but it really depends on how you make up your calorie intake and believe it or not I do have a good all round breakfast lunch and dinner and have snacks too !
