Usual judge mental shit from daughter she suggested I try out some new place at mall for yummy deserts told her I was on a diet eating 3 meals a day no snacks and eating dinner (10 pm) she remarked doesn’t sound very healthy... I should have confidently replied that time of day doesn’t matter only calorie restrictions... but of course I didn’t do that I never feel confident ... someday I hope... didn’t mention I’d already lost close to 10 lbs id have to lose a lot more for it to be seen
